Welcome to the Blog!

Let me be the first to extend a big ol’ THANK YOU for being here! It really means the world!


This blog has been in the making for about a year now, and I'm so excited to have finally started this adventure! It’s not been easy putting something so important to me out into the world, but I’ve had so much support along the way and am abundantly grateful!


I am here to serve you! I can't wait to share with you how to navigate the ups and downs of this crazy musical world of ours.


You can expect to see things like:

  • yoga tools that you can easily incorporate into your daily musical life.

  • mindset shifts that help to settle the mind conquer your goals.

  • body awareness tools to promote ease in playing for freer musical expression.

  • ways to incorporate mindfulness into your daily music practice and life.

My goal is for this blog to be a place where you can find comfort knowing that:

  • YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

  • there are so many things you can do to support your body and mind that actually WORK.

  • I’m here for you! We are all in this together, and I keep an open (email) door policy ; )
